By placing an order through our website or online ordering system, you agree to these Terms.
1. SCOPEThese Terms govern online food and beverage ordering, including alcoholic beverages, for delivery or pickup provided by LF obrt za ugostiteljstvo (the “Restaurant”).
2. ELIGIBILITYYou must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
The information provided is accurate and complete.
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
We reserve the right to request proof of age upon delivery of alcoholic beverages.
If valid proof of age is not provided, delivery of alcohol may be refused without refund.
Product descriptions, images and prices are displayed on the ordering platform.
Images are illustrative.
Portions may vary.
Availability may change without notice.
⚠ If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, you must contact us before placing your order.
We cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens.
Alcoholic beverages are sold in accordance with Croatian law.
The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse delivery of alcohol to visibly intoxicated persons.
All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT.
We accept payment methods displayed on the ordering platform.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payment will be processed at the time of order confirmation.
After placing an order, you will receive confirmation (email or on-screen).
The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:
Product unavailability
Technical errors
Suspected fraud
Force majeure circumstances
Delivery is available within the defined delivery zone.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to:
Traffic conditions
Weather
High order volume
Force majeure
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
If the customer is not present at the agreed delivery time and address, the Restaurant is not obliged to issue a refund.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWALIn accordance with Article 86 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Perishable goods such as prepared meals
Goods made according to consumer specifications
Therefore, once food preparation has started, cancellation is not possible.
8. COMPLAINTSIn accordance with Croatian consumer protection law, customers may submit written complaints to:

We will respond to written complaints within 15 days.
9. LIABILITYThe Restaurant is liable for material defects in accordance with the Croatian Obligations Act.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYAll website content, logos, branding and materials are property of LF obrt za ugostiteljstvo and may not be used without prior written consent.
11. PRIVACYProcessing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.
