(hereinafter referred to as the “Restaurant”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)

respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you:

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data as follows:

  • Order and invoice data: 11 years (in accordance with Croatian accounting regulations)

  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn

  • User account data: while the account is active

  • Video surveillance recordings: up to 30 days, unless required for legal proceedings

After expiration of the retention period, data is securely deleted.

5. DATA SHARING

We may share your personal data with:

  • Oracle Restaurants eStore (order management and analytics platform)

  • Delivery service providers

  • Accounting service providers

  • IT service providers

  • Public authorities when legally required

If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission) are applied.

9. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

Our restaurant premises are under video surveillance for the purpose of protecting employees, guests and property.

Clear notice of video surveillance is displayed at the entrance.

Recordings are securely stored and retained for a maximum of 30 days, unless required for legal proceedings.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
